population genetics, bioinformatics, machine learning, evolutionary biology, human evolution

Interests

I am interested in the inference of demographic and adaptive events from genomic data in both model and non-model species, and in their association with phenotypic and functional variation. I also develop statistical methods, use machine learning, and implement software for the analysis of high-throughput DNA sequencing data.
