Research Facilities

The Centre for Experimental and Applied Physics hosts state-of-the-art facilities for micro- and nanofabrication, including a Heidelberg Instruments NanoFrazor Explore scanning thermal probe nanolithography system and thin film deposition tools, as well as microelectronic assembly and packaging.

Our measurement and characterisation suite includes an Oxford Instruments Proteox MX dilution refrigerator, various probe stations, pulsed laser systems, and Raman spectroscopy.
