Automated Live Cell Imaging
Advancing High-Throughput Screening of Live Cells
Professor Draviam, in collaboration with Zeiss, is advancing automated image analysis to enable high-throughput screening of live cells. Supported by Innovate UK (KTP) and EPSRC (IAA) funding, this work is accelerating the analysis of large-scale imaging datasets, significantly reducing the time required to extract meaningful biological insights.
These technologies have broad applications across research and industry, from cancer biology to plant breeding, where rapid and scalable cell screening is essential. By improving the speed, accuracy, and throughput of live-cell analysis, this work is helping to transform how biological systems are studied and applied in real-world settings.
