An academic leader of research and education activities in the areas of electrification/electric propulsion and Sustainable Energy modern technologies with focus on power electronics, advanced control systems, condition monitoring and modelling for batteries, fuel cells and electric machines with significant experience of more than 25 years working at high profile institutions including Imperial College London, Newcastle University, Aston University and now at Queen Mary University of London. A track record of industrial collaboration with top UK industries including Jaguar Land Rover, Dyson, Turbo Power Systems and National Grid. Produced high quality research outputs with impact in the areas of Energy systems and Electrical Transportation, Research recognised by IEEE Power and Energy society as "high quality research" with more than 75 publications in IEEE Top transactions and conferences. Listed as one of top 2% Scientists in the World by Stanford University in the field of "Energy Engineering".
