Interests

Computational linguistics/natural language processing, and in particular anaphora resolution/coreference, disagreements in interpretation, using brain data for NLP, distributional semantics, deception detection. Using games to collect judgments for NLP. Interaction and dialogue, and in particular conversational agents in virtual world games, the role of attention in interpretation, non-verbal interaction. Cognitive science. Formal semantics.
