Join our Industrial Affiliates Club

Find out more about our research and about opportunities for collaboration and networking. Register via the website

Collaborate on a R&D project

Work together on a collaborative R&D project with funding from UKRI, NIHR or Innovate UK.

Develop new IP through a KTP

Apply for a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with a QM academic. This UKRI funding scheme aims to bring together forward-thinking businesses and expert academics to tackle innovation challenges to deliver economic, societal or environmental outcomes.

Co-fund a PhD studentship

Support a collaborative research project whilst helping to train a future leader via our industry match-fund PhD studentships scheme.

Access our state-of-the-art facilities

We can also support contract research and provide access to skilled technicians and world class facilities

Support our education 

We welcome industry involvement in supporting our science and engineering education. Examples include supporting one of our talented MSc students to conduct a research project, providing an industry student placement, joining one of our Industrial Advisory Boards, giving a guest lecture or seminar to our students.
